Thanksgiving day success!! Highly stressful, and oh so much work but item #163 was crossed off. Woohoo!! The food actually turned out amazing, but I don't know if the satisfaction that comes from knowing you cooked from scratch is worth the hassle. But as the saying goes, "a penny saved is a penny earned"....ehhh that's not right. "All's fair in love and war"...no, no wrong again. Let me give this another try, "every cook praises his own broth"...yeah that'll do.
