Cry me a river

I started watching a show on Netflix called Jockeys, which as it's name states follows race horse jockeys throughout various races. I've really enjoyed the show, but in season 2 they began to feature a new jockey, Iggy Puglisi, and I have to say I don't like him. Why you ask? What is it about this particular jockey that makes me want to pull my hair out whenever he's on screen? He's sensitive. He looks like he is going to cry whenever he speaks, he has sort of a whining voice, he's one of those guys who all the other men can push around. And because of this, and perhaps the biggest offense of them all, he reminds me of an ex boyfriend :\

Now I don't want to give the impression that I think sensitivity in a man is a bad thing, it is not. But there is such a fine line between good sensitivity and overkill! I am reminded of a scene in one of my once favorite movies, Bedazzled. The movie stars Brendan Fraser and Elizabeth Hurley, where she plays the devil and grants him seven wishes in exchange for his soul. For his second wish Elliot wishes to be emotionally sensitive.

Now I don't completely agree with her, I don't want someone who will ignore me and pretend to like me but she's right, enough is enough. I suppose I'm a bit traditional,I want to be with someone who is kind and caring, but also not opposed to getting in a fight if he needs to! A real mans man, who can hold his own while hanging out with a group of guys. I don't think that's too much to ask for.
